Sterile Disposable Nonwoven Eye Pack for Ophthalmic Surgical Draping
This sterile, disposable ophthalmic surgical drape kit is manufactured from premium medical-grade SMS nonwoven fabric, delivering reliable barrier protection, excellent breathability, and a soft, skin-friendly texture ideal for intravitreal injection procedures. All internal components are pre-assembled and sterilized with ethylene oxide gas to eliminate cross-contamination risks. The compact, integrated layout includes essential supplies for IVT injection preparation, skin disinfection, eye coverage, and wound dressing, enabling healthcare professionals to streamline procedures and reduce preparation time significantly.
Individually sealed in waterproof, dustproof packaging, the kit maintains complete sterility during storage and transport. Clear labeling supports easy inventory management in ophthalmology wards, outpatient clinics, and surgical centers. Designed to meet stringent global medical standards including CE and ISO 13485, this kit eliminates messy preparation of individual materials and reduces supply waste. The lightweight, tear-resistant nonwoven drapes effectively isolate the surgical area, prevent bacterial penetration, and include latex-free accessories to minimize allergic reactions for sensitive patients.
Customizable component combinations and packaging printing are available to suit diverse clinical workflows, making this drape kit a cost-effective, hygienic one-stop solution for routine and emergency intravitreal injections worldwide.

Usage Instructions
  1. Preoperative Preparation: Perform hand hygiene and wear a medical mask. Check the drape kit for seal integrity, expiration date, and any packaging damage
  2. Opening the Sterile Kit: Tear open the packaging along the notch to unfold the inner non-woven fabric, creating a sterile operating area. Carefully remove all internal supplies without contacting sterile surfaces
  3. Vein Selection and Tourniquet Application: Select a suitable superficial vein on the patient's limb. Apply a tourniquet 8-10 cm above the puncture site to block venous return
  4. Skin Disinfection: Use a chlorhexidine/alcohol swab from the package and wipe the target area in a circular motion outward. Allow complete drying for effective disinfection
  5. Aseptic Venous Puncture: Fix the skin and insert the intravenous cannula at a 15-30° angle. Pause slightly during advancement when blood return is observed
  6. Tourniquet Release and Cannula Securing: Release the tourniquet immediately after successful puncture. Cover and secure the puncture site firmly with the sterile non-woven intravenous dressing provided
  7. Infusion Tubing Connection and Air Purging: Connect the infusion tubing to the Luer connector on the cannula. Squeeze the drip chamber and open the regulator to purge all air bubbles from the tubing
  8. Infusion Rate Adjustment: Set the drip rate by rotating the roller clamp according to medical orders. Observe the patient's limb for swelling, pain, or leakage during infusion
  9. Intermittent Medication Injection: Disinfect the injection port with an alcohol swab before administering medication. Inject slowly and flush the tubing with saline after administration
  10. Infusion Completion and Catheter Removal: Clamp the tubing after treatment and gently remove the cannula. Apply pressure to the wound with sterile gauze for 3-5 minutes to stop bleeding
  11. Medical Waste Disposal: Place all used non-woven fabrics, cotton swabs, and sharp tools into designated biohazard containers. Seal waste bags and dispose of medical waste centrally
